The team of skilled professionals at Sujan Industries, with extensive knowledge of the foundry sector, executes the entire manufacturing process with optimal accuracy, performance, and quality. At our plant, the steel casting products are developed by following the steps like, Moulding and Core Making, Melting and Casting, Demoulding, Shot-blasting, Sleeves Feeders Cutting, Heat Treatment, Fettling Shop, Quality Control and Inspection, and Machining. The moulding shop, at Sujan Industries, is equipped with the leading-edge moulding machines where there are continuous sand mixers for moulding and core making. A mechanical reclamation plant and 3 numbers of EOT cranes are also there to aid the high end process in our plant.
Then, the Furnace at our foundry, for melting and casting procedure, is equipped with the pots containing liquid material, worth the capacity of 1000 Kgs and 500 Kgs. We execute the leap pouring & tea spout method and for maintaining the optimum accuracy, the temperature control furnace is equipped with a duly calibrated pyrometer. Again, for controlling the shot-blasting procedure, our fettling shop has a hanger type KSBM that enables the shot blasting machines to contain the capacity of 300 kg. per batch.
Furthermore, our casting workshop is decked with all the in-door facilities for standard heat treatments, Annealing, Normalizing, Tempering & Solution annealing. For this, the heat treatment shop has a gas-fired HT furnace with 3 MT capacity, rapid quench facility with 30,000 liters capacity. All the furnaces are calibrated as per API 6A standard. Also, the gas-fired salt bath furnaces at our plant have the capacity of Austempering 2.5 MP and Tempering 1 MT. Sujan Industries: One of the best steel casting foundry in India performs turning, milling, drilling, and balancing for machining operations. Our internal machining shop is technologized with CNC Machine, VMC Machine, Drill Machine, Lathe Machine, etc. with maximum capacity.
To ensure excellence, the quality control team at Sujan Industries execute different testing procedures as per the requirement of our clients like dimensional and visual inspection, hardness & NDT testings etc. We execute the chemical testing procedure in the Shimadzu spectrometer, which has 24 elements with a Nitrogen channel. Also, we have Master samples for carbon steel and alloy steel from BAS. Then, according to the intended application, the physical properties are selected to match the performance requirements. The properties are hardness, strength, ductility, toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, machinability, weldability, high temperature and low temperature procedure.
